Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor fans have been going crazy over a wedding card doing the rounds of the Internet, but that was deemed false as Alia’s name was spelt as ‘Aliya’, and her father was named Mukesh Bhatt on the card, while it is Mahesh Bhatt in actuality.
The actress laughed off the impeding nuptial bliss, saying, “Ab kya bolun? (What do I say now?)”
In the aftermath of this, Alia and Ranbir have gone off to London. “Alia is not shooting for any film as she has wrapped her portions of Sadak 2, and Ranbir has a few days off from the Shamshera shoot. They are also not shooting together in London for Brahmastra, and it is also Diwali chhutti time. So, they may well be making some plans for the coming year, or even planning their wedding there. Meanwhile, others from the Brahmastra team, including director Ayan Mukerji and music director Pritam, joined the duo in London, leading to speculations that they may have well been sent off on a paid holiday by producer Karan Johar. “Why would the music director be there for a shoot?” an industry source wonders.
